So a monthly plan would provide user insights delivered automatically to them without any effort. It's like a monthly subscription box of unbiased user insights :) You can modify your tests after you sign-up and allow for ongoing refinement of your learning goals.
With Self-service, you can freely target your own users and get back user videos from them by simply sending them a tester link generated for you after you create a test. With Full-Service, we recruit users for you from our English speaking user panel in US, Canada and Australia.
Yes. We offer an in-browser tool to add time-stamped notes to any video and then collect those notes and corresponding video clips to create a highlight reel that you can share with your team.
Age, gender and common occupation are easiest to target. We recommend you think about user targeting as 'user personas' If your target user persona is ‘Netflix users under age 50’ that is likely realistic. However if it’s ‘Single moms with babies under 2 weeks old' it may be difficult for us to find those users within our pool. We'll let you know asap if there is any difficulty with your targeting. Yes. Many of our customers test prototype links via tools such as Invision, Sketch, Figma, Marvel and others. You can also do usability testing with your iOS Testflight app by simply entering in your public Testflight link from Apple Appstore Connect.

We’re constantly trying to get your results as fast as possible while maintaining high quality (usually within 1-3 business days). That said, it varies based on your target user persona. The more general your user persona, the quicker you'll get results.
